As far as we know, you can enter Ketosis much faster if you are on a more restrictive carb intake diet- less than 100g each day. So, it's crucial that you limit your intake of carbs and have carbs mostly from nuts, dairy, and vegetables. Avoid refined carbohydrates like starch (legumes, bread, pasta) or fruit.
