Most athletes and football players cultivate and maintain their "wind" by engaging in various cardio training and running. This is regarded as VO2 max and it's the maximum amount of oxygen per minute, per kilogram of the bodyweight people use during intense exercise. So, the more oxygen an individual can utilize at a time, the more work output they can perform.
The VO2 max level of an individual is actually a measure of fitness and interestingly, elite athletes possess twice the VO2 capacity of untrained individuals. Based on the results of a study, scientists tested the levels of VO2 of a group of people who fasted (they had no breakfast) and then another group of people who fed (just an hour after a cereal breakfast). The starting VO2 levels of both groups were about 3.5 liters per minute and this is within the range of untrained persons.
The participants then went through endurance cycle ergometer training and the change in VO2 max levels for both fasted and unfasted groups show that the fed group has a 2.5 increase while the fasted group had a 9.7 increase.
Bodybuilding and Intermittent Fasting
Most individuals have disclosed that they feel better and also train better on intermittent fasting. Remember, less hunger is one of the best and commonly mentioned benefits of intermittent fasting.
Bodybuilders also observed that they feel more satisfied with the bigger meals they eat after a delay in eating. However, if you're a keen bodybuilder, then you need to take care of your intake of protein. Always bear in mind that your fasting method needs to align with the physical demands of your training.
Most types of intermittent fasting are designed to assist bodybuilders, athletes, and individuals in maintaining their health and boosting performance whenever they need it.
What am I reading right now...
Revolution, by Russell Brand. Russel Brand wants you to join the Revolution. We all know the system isn't working. Our governments are corrupt and the opposing parties pointlessly similar. Our culture is filled with vacuity and pap, and we are told there's nothing we can do- "it's just the way things are".
We have been lied to, told there is no alternative, no choice and that we don't deserve any better. Russell Brand destroys this illusory facade as amusingly and deftly as annihilates Morning Joe anchors, Fox News fascists, and BBC stalwarts. What an amazing book to read.
" Every generation needs a revolution, and I think we need one revolution right now!"

What am I pondering right now...
I have been using A-Ware protein for quite a while now, and I can only tell you that it has an outstanding positive outcome on my life so far.
Nutritional facts of Hemp:
- Energy: 2,451 KJ (586 Kcal)
- Water: 4,96 G
- Protein/ serve: 31.56 g
Great source of Vegan-Plant-Based protein and alternative usual animal-based protein sources. One serving of A-Ware Protein contains only 1.6g of sugar, which helps me to stay in Ketosis on my day-to-day basis. Except, it is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which I think is crucial if you want to stay healthy in the long run, cut the inflammatory factors, time of recovery between your workouts, and most importantly to reach a better state of well-being, as well as increasing the factor of better immune-system.
