I have found interesting articles that have been proven to work well in some areas that you can simply implementing them on a daily basis and see how it works for you along the way...

When it comes to weight loss:
Try timed Protein meals and Pre-meal Lemon juice. Protein meals should be followed directly after the training sessions and as a break(fast) form.
Also try some Chinese Tea for Fet loss support called:" Pu-Erh", that have been giving you a needed support in your gut bacteria and increased body metabolism and Fet burning properties.
If you are Under Muscled:
Try to eat Ginger and Sauerkraut more often during the whole program.
If you Can't Sleep well:
Eat more saturated fats, Omega DHA 3 fatty acids and Get your body to the Cold Exposure at least 3-4 times per week...
